Refund & Return Policy

Because all items are made to order, Tarka Tones does not support returns or exchanges if a customer simply changes their mind or orders the wrong size/color. However, they offer a Merchant Protection policy for errors: 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is flawed or arrives damaged, our printing partner printify provides a free reprint or a full refund.
  • Claim Window: You must submit an issue report within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
  • Proof Required: Clear photo evidence of the manufacturing error or damage is required. You do not need to return the physical item.
  • Lost or Returned Mail: If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address provided by the customer, Printify will refund the product price (excluding shipping).
